I got this diet plan from a doctor who is a registered dietitian and nutritionist. I met with this doctor when I wanted to lose weight fast just because I had a fitness exam and needed to lose weight 5 pounds in a week. I got a good result with this dieting plan.

How To Lose Weight 10 Pounds In a week


Eat only low sugar fruit such as apples, pomegranates, and any citrus. No bananas. Drink at least 12 glass of water.


Start your day with boiled one boiled potato of medium size. Eat vegetable salads and drink 12 glass of water the whole day.


You can eat both vegetables and fruit today but no potatoes or bananas. Drink 12 glass of water.


Make and eat vegetable soup today. Eat 8 bananas plus three glass of milk. Don’t forget to drink 12 glass of water.


In today’s food, you can eat six small size tomatoes with a serving of plain, boiled rice. You can also eat apples, orange, grapefruit and vegetable soup. Drink the minimum of 10 glass of water.


In the breakfast eat boiled rice but in a small quantity. Also, use vegetable soup three times a day with at least 10 glass of water.


Start your day with a small serving of rice. Use vegetable soup and vegetable salad with at least 10 glass of water. You can also have fruit juice.

Don’t Weight Yourself, Until the Week Is End

Important note:  I don’t want that you weight yourself the whole week. You need to put your scale away for a week. That’s correct. Just focus on how much you feel better in this diet plan.  Definitely, you will lose weight through this diet.
